To make calls from your IPhone, IPad or ITouch, you need a SIP application. The FREE SIP application approved for use on the SoSoChat Network is called
Cloud Softphone and it can now be downloaded from the Apple App store. Follow the steps below to download and activate the app on your device. |

| 1) Visit the Apple App Store from your device. |
| 2) In the App Store, search for Cloud Softphone. |
| 3) Download and install the app on your device. |
| 4) After downloading; type the word sosochat in the "Cloud ID" field. Leave the password field blank and tap the "Sign In" button and the SoSoChat service will be activated. |
| 5) After the app is activated, enter your SoSoChat username and voip password to start making and receiving calls. |

| Please Note: This app is free to use for all SoSoChat customers with a VoIP account, it works perfectly over higher speed networks such as WiFi. However, to get the best quality over networks with slower speed such as 3G and 4G, it is recommended that you purchase the codec add-on. You may purchase this add-on from within the app after it is activated on your device. The one-time cost for the codec add-on is US$7.99. To purchase the add-on from within the app, click on settings, then select add-on and follow the steps to make the purchase. |

To make calls from your Windows Desktop or Laptop, you will need a SIP application or softphone. The SoSoChat softphone application can be downloaded by

| 2) Configure the application with your SoSoChat account information (provided by SoSoChat) |
